Please recognize that these leadership sites are not the sole source. You may keep an open mind, but please be critical as well. Leadership types can differ based on philosophical viewpoints and the particular area of leadership in which you are involved. In short, while there are commonly shared leadership characteristics, there is no one-size-fits-all leadership style.
